1. What does "Vintage" mean? If the charm is described as "vintage" it is a genuine vintage product with most dating from the 1960's and 1970's. If the charm is described as "vintage style" it is a modern item with a vintage / retro look 2. How much is postage? Please see DELIVERY 3. How long does it take for items to be dispatched? Credit / Debit cards are accepted, as is paypal. 7. How do I know my credit card / debit card transaction is secure? How long will it take to make a custom item? I would normally allow up to 2 weeks depending on stock availability, but please contact me for more details. 9. Do you supply wholesale? Yes please contact me to discuss. 10. Does it cost extra to get a custom made piece? Normally a 10% surcharge will be added to the item to allow for the extra time required to make your item. 11. My vintage brass charm has gone black - what do I do? This is normal just clean it up with any metal polish, I recommend Brasso. 12. My chain has broken quite soon after purchase - what do I do? Very occasionally a chain will have a slight defect and break. If this happens please feel free to contact me and I am more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge. |
