1. Refund Policy

A full refund will be given on any item, no questions asked, if it is returned in the original packaging and condition it was sold in within 14 days of the customer receiving the item.

Please contact me to arrange your return.

2. Item repairs

As stated in the FAQ a customer is entitled to a replacement chain within 3 months of purchase if there is a problem with the original chain. This is excluding sterling silver chains.

      
                                     
       
       
       
                   
 

Please feel free to contact me regarding repairs which I will advise on each case individually. Abilu is not obliged to provide any replacements (apart from refunds within 14 days and non sterling chains within 3 months) but will always endeavour to help if possible.

3. Pricing policy

I try to keep my online prices as competitive as possible. However I cannot control the prices that AbiluCreations products are sold for by other stockists. Any discrepency between prices found online and those seen elsewhere is the responsibility of the third party stockist, not AbiluCreations.

4. Copyright

All images of jewellery and products on the website are the copyright of AbiluCreations 2009.

5. Colours

I've done my best to accurately represent the colours of the jewellery but computer screen contrasts can slightly affect the colours of the images. If unhappy with the item colour please return within 14days as detailed above.
