I ship once a week on a thursday - please get in touch if it is urgent.

uk postage fee £4.50 - This will not always cover the full cost of posting your order but contributes to the overall costings. I am happy to arrange free local collection.

europe postage fee £14 - unfortunately since leaving the eu postage costs to europe have increased and this helps to cover larger items. please also check customs charges before ordering. posted via royal mail tracked & signed for.

worldwide postage costs is £29 - this is sent via royal mail tracked and signed for. please note that this is for 1x parcel up to 2kg - additional postage costs will be charged if your parcel goes over this price as more than one parcel will need to be sent.

orders despatched within 4 working days but may take longer during busy periods. If you require something urgently please get in touch.

I take full RESPONSIBILITY for the packaging of items and any item that arrives damaged you will RECEIVE a full refund or another item of your choice, no questions asked.

Please note returns are at your own cost.
a) If you are returning a faulty product, we will also refund the return postage costs but advise you get in touch with a photograph as this may not be necessary.
b) If you are returning your entire order we will refund any initial delivery charges outside of the UK.

c) *Sale goods are non refundable, buyer agrees to purchase with known faults within samples, seconds or discontinued stock.
