Created using eclipse full moon water, this botanical skull is a meditation on grief, remembrance and the quiet courage of letting go. Born from a season of loss, it became a ritual of release, a way to honour love that continues beyond physical presence, and to acknowledge that endings are often beginnings in another form.

Eclipse moon water carries the energy of transformation. Long associated with breaking cycles, shadow work and releasing what no longer serves us, it holds the liminal space between what was and what is yet to come. It felt like the only water this piece could be made with.

Each botanical imprint was chosen with intention. Lungwort for healing and emotional protection. Lavender for peace and purification. Forget-me-not for enduring connection and remembrance. Snake's head fritillary for life's beautiful uncertainty. Alkanet for transformation of spirit. Dandelion for resilience and perseverance. Rosemary for remembrance and honouring those who came before.
