From the depths of our subconscious, we are drawn to stones much as we are to fire, ancient elements that have shaped the lives of our ancestors. Smooth, weathered pebbles carry a quiet power, their natural symmetry and gentle irregularities offering us balance, gratitude, and calm energy.

When creating this dish, I chose to mould around a pebble, honouring the forager’s instinct and the timeless beauty of nature’s forms. Embedded within is the imprint of cow parsley, a plant symbolising protection, healing, purity, and new beginnings. It bridges the physical and spiritual, inviting reflection on growth, transitions, and the interconnectedness of all life.
